Flexible Design
“We wanted a home built for the future needs of a retired couple, visiting family and friends. We wanted the home to be able to provide both ourselves and our visitors with a place to relax and enjoy that view.
We wanted a place to feel good at home: to feel safe and have privacy that didn’t impede upon the connection to the outdoors; to be able sit on the deck and watch the moon rise; keep things streamlined - not cluttered and feel comfortable for family and friends to be around.
Most of all we wanted a smart, thermally-efficient (somewhere warm in winter) home that was comfortable through all the seasons and the challenges of a changing climate.”

During construction of the house 35 degrees used online communication software that allowed us to see progress on the house and quickly address anything that required our attention.”
