BathroomWindowOur business mission is to increase Australians access to living in light filled, comfortable homes with low running costs

As a result we are continually striving to find ways to reduce the cost of our homes.

Our next challenge is offering project homes as these repeatable designs reduces both the design and construction costs.

We are currently developing a range of energy efficient project home designs.

3 bedroom + study (courtyard)

This Design For Place energy efficient design is suitable if your block has north to the street.

It provides for a 3 bedroom + study courtyard house to assist in providing opportunities for north-facing glazing on the majority of living spaces. This significant amount of good quality north-facing glass will allow natural light in winter and provide a good connection to outdoor living spaces.
